WHATWE DO

Sportscape Leisure was set up in 2004 by Matthew Johnson working in close co-ordination with Andy Aspinall to provide sports coaching and devlopment for schools, teachers, coaches and clubs in the North West and Midlands.

OURPHILOSOPHY

We strive to provide people of all abilities the chance to participate in sport to develop life skills and movement skills which will allow them to participate in 'sport for life'.

 

We aim to provide a high-quality product, delivering education through sport in a fun and safe environment.

Our range of services means we can provide sports participation and education for children of all ages while ensuring each is learning at a level which is challenging for them.

We do this using our three-tier approach:

1 - Coaching for Schools
Our PPA curriculum time and after-school club activities in schools ensure we can provide sports participation to a huge number of children of all abilities.

2 - Club Coaching
Children get the chance to play competitive sport with the numerous clubs we have links with throughout Cheshire & Shropshire and Staffordshire.
Our community coaching schemes also give all children the chance to further their skills in weekly coaching activities.

3 - Elite Level Coaching
Children who show great promise can be introduced to professional clubs. We have strong links with professional football clubs such as Wigan Athletic and Stoke City and other county-level coaching environments in many other sports.

We are also available for one-off coaching sessions which make ideal party activities for children as well as
holiday activity courses.

We also provide teacher training courses and coach development courses.
